    Northern Virginia NTRAK will set up and run trains on a T-TRAK layout.
    T-TRAK is an N scale modular train system designed to be run on table tops, hence its name. Originally developed in Germany in 1962, N scale model trains (generally 1:160) are about half the size of HO trains (1:87). Its small size is popular among model train enthusiasts in Japan, Australia, Europe, and the United States. The modular aspect of N scale permits different track layouts for every set up.

    Get an early start to your holiday shopping with an Estate Sale for model railroading items at the Fairfax Station Railroad Museum on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 1-4 p.m.  The sale will feature HO, O and G scale model trains and accessories that have been donated to the Museum.  Many of the donated items are in very good condition and are priced below comparable items listed on Ebay.

    In addition to the Estate Sale, the Station's Gift Shop will feature a variety of new items celebrating the history of Fairfax Station and railroading.  All estate and Gift Shop sales directly support Fairfax Station's mission and outreach. Free gift with every purchase (while they last and one per purchaser).

    Admission is free and open to the public.

    The Fairfax Station Railroad Museum will participate in the annual Vendor Fair and Market Place on November 20, 9 am - 1 pm. This event is being held at Christ Church, 7600 Ox Rd, Fairfax Station, not at our Museum, and will benefit the Clifton Community Woman's Club Charitable Trust. Please plan on visiting to see a wide variety of model railroad trains and accessories available for purchase.
