The Fairfax Station Railroad Museum staff is excited to announce the availability of Audio Tours highlighting many of the exhibits and history of the Museum. This technology will enable visitors to enjoy self-guided tours of selected themes and artifacts.
The web based tours, provided by UniGuide are available for download on both Apple Store and Google Play. (Earbuds are available for free but a modest donation is appreciated.) The audio tour stops supplement existing video tours and exhibits available throughout the museum and grounds as well as on our YouTube Channel.
UniGuide develops media tour content as well as mobile apps that provide free access to 650+ audio tours all over the United States. The company released its first app in 2016, and since then has produced more than 100 audio tours for U.S. museums, parks, arboretums, zoos, and other venues.
